2. Platform Description

SevaPe is a technology platform that connects individuals seeking services ("Seekers") with individuals or professionals offering services ("Providers").

SevaPe acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not employ providers, guarantee service quality, or participate in any agreement between users. All interactions, negotiations, and work arrangements occur directly between users.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.

Provider Registration Information:

• Name, gender, mobile number
• Aadhaar number
• Work department and work area
• Uploaded documents (photo, address proof, ID proof)

Seeker Registration Information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Verification and Documents

Providers may be required to submit identity and address documents for verification purposes. By submitting documents, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

SevaPe does not guarantee the authenticity, validity, or accuracy of any user-submitted documents.

5. No Payment Handling

SevaPe currently does not process or handle any financial transactions between users. Any payments, fees, or financial arrangements are made independently between Seekers and Providers.

SevaPe shall not be responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or financial losses arising from user interactions.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Provide false documents or information
• Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Misuse contact information obtained through the platform
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and materials on SevaPe are the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SevaPe provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

SevaPe shall not be liable for:

• Service quality or outcomes provided by users
• Disputes between seekers and providers
• Financial losses or damages
• Personal injury or property damage
• Incorrect or fraudulent user information

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in suspicious or harmful activities.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SevaPe from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or disputes with other users.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Assam, India.
